How to connect the negative pressure meter of vacuum generator to the air pipe

The steps of connecting the negative pressure meter of the vacuum generator to the air pipe are as follows:

1. Look around the negative pressure meter and find the interface on the meter body. Usually, the negative pressure meter will have two or three interfaces, one is the negative pressure interface, and one or two are the pressure interfaces.

2. Find the air outlet of the vacuum generator. Vacuum generator is a kind of processing equipment, which can generate a vacuum below atmospheric pressure by exhausting air into the environment with large air pressure difference.

3. Determine the pressure range that the negative pressure gauge can bear. By looking at the instructions or related signs of the negative pressure gauge, we can know the range of the pressure value of the negative pressure gauge, and then confirm whether the air outlet of the vacuum generator is within this range. If it is not within the scope, it is necessary to add a voltage regulator or other pressure control equipment.

4. Connect the negative pressure meter with the vacuum generator by using a normal air pipe. Usually, it is better to use rigid trachea connection, because it can prevent air pressure from leaking.

5. Turn on the gas supply switch and check whether the trachea is tightly connected. After checking the trachea connection, you can try to use the vacuum generator to produce vacuum effect, and carefully observe the response of the negative pressure meter for debugging.
