Requirements for registration
Anyone who has one of the following conditions can register for the licensed pharmacist qualification examination.
1, obtain a secondary school degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related professions, engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine professional work for seven years.
2, obtain a college degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related professions, and work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for five years.
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors and work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for three years.
4. Graduated from the postgraduate program of the second bachelor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors or obtained a master's degree, and has been engaged in the specialty of pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for one year.
5. Obtain a doctoral degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related fields.
Two, exemption conditions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State for senior professional and technical positions, and has one of the following conditions, can be exempted from the examination of pharmacy (or traditional Chinese medicine) professional knowledge (1), pharmacy (or traditional Chinese medicine) professional knowledge (2).
1, Chinese medicine apprenticeship, pharmacy or Chinese medicine professional secondary school graduates, continuously engaged in pharmacy or Chinese medicine professional work for 20 years.
2. Obtained college degree or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and has been continuously engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 15 years.
Three, the results of the management examination for two years as a rolling cycle. The person who applies for all the subjects shall pass the examination in two consecutive years; the person who is exempted from some of the subjects shall pass the examination in one year.
Four, the organization of registration and qualification examination of applicants for the examination, please hold a diploma, title certificate, ID card (original), proof of years of professional work, two recent one-inch color photographs. The qualifications of the applicants by the personnel examination department responsible for reviewing and filing for inspection. Registration management
The person who obtains the "professional qualification certificate of practicing pharmacist" should apply for registration to the local registration authority through the national registration management information system of practicing pharmacists. After registration, you can engage in the corresponding practice activities. Without registration, shall not practice as a licensed pharmacist.
Applicants for registration must have the following conditions at the same time:
(1) obtaining the Certificate of Professional Qualification of Licensed Pharmacist;
(2) obeying the law and abiding by the professional ethics of licensed pharmacists, with no record of adverse information;
(3) being physically healthy and able to persist in the work of the licensed pharmacist's post;
(4) having been assessed and agreed by the unit in which he works .
Those approved for registration shall be issued the Certificate of Registration of Licensed Pharmacist in the unified style of the State Drug Administration by the Administration of Registration of Licensed Pharmacists.
Licensed pharmacists to change the practice unit, scope of practice, etc. should be timely for the change of registration procedures.
Pharmacist registration is valid for five years. Need to continue, should be in the expiration of thirty days before the expiration date, to the local registration authority to apply for renewal of registration.
