Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is the first batch of qualified iron ore importers approved by the Ministry of Commerce. The sintering plant can produce150,000 tons of sinter and150,000 tons of pellets every year.

This ironworks can produce 7.5 million tons of molten iron every year. All blast furnace top equipment adopts PW bell-less top, hydraulic clay gun and hydraulic furnace opener at the same side are used in front of the furnace, and axial compressor is used as the fan. The coal injection system adopts two medium-speed coal mills, with a production capacity of 33 tons/hour and a coal injection amount of 0/50 kg per ton of iron/kloc.

This steel mill can produce 7.5 million tons of billet every year. Besides ordinary carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel and low-alloy high-strength steel, we can also produce low-carbon steel, pipeline steel below X65 and weathering steel. .

H-beam factory has a H-beam production line, with an annual output of three series of H-beams and I-beams with specifications of HW, HM and HN 19, of which H130,000,000 tons, of which H 192× 198 light-weight thin-walled H-beams fill the domestic gap.

The bar factory has a bar production line and a rebar production line, which can produce 12-40mm ribbed bar and 16-50mm round steel of national standard, Japanese standard and British standard, and produce high-strength third-grade rebar 120,000 tons.

The high-speed wire rod factory has three high-speed wire rod production lines, which can produce 3 million tons of φ 5.5- 16 mm smooth wire rod and φ 6.0- 14 mm rebar. Steel types include carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, low-alloy steel, cold heading steel, covered electrode steel, spring steel and alloy structural steel. And the finished products are all made at one time.

The strip mill has a 1580mm hot-rolled coil production line, which can produce 2.5 million tons of coil with a width of 700- 1430mm and a thickness of 1.2- 16mm. The steel grades of plates mainly include ordinary carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel and low-alloy high-strength structural steel.
