The company is located in Tongshan Economic Development Zone, Xuzhou, close to the north side of Lianhuo Expressway, covering an area of 260 mu, with the area of die casting, mold manufacturing and deep processing of castings100000 square meters. The die-casting equipment is advanced and complete, including 3800T, 2800t, 1 100t die-casting machines produced by IDRA in Italy and 800t die-casting machines produced by Toshiba in Japan. The 3000T, 2000T, 1600T, 1250T, 800T, 500T, 250T and 160T die casting machines produced by Hong Kong Lijin Company. It is equipped with a number of Haas machining centers in the United States, such as oxidation leak-patching production line and powder spraying production line, and equipped with advanced testing equipment such as three-coordinate measuring instrument, X-ray nondestructive testing machine, tensile testing machine and spectrum analyzer, and passed the ISO/TS 16949 international quality management system certification.
The company has advanced die casting management experience and die casting technology, and is equipped with modern die casting design and management software and tools.
