Winter phenomenon. Decrease in water production, the lower the temperature the greater the magnitude of the decline in water production, due to the viscosity of the water affected by the temperature, the reverse osmosis membrane water production will decline, usually every 1 ℃ drop in water temperature, reverse osmosis membrane water production decreased by 3% of the water production in winter is about 50% of the water production in summer. Wastewater increase, due to reduced water production, wastewater flow will increase accordingly, the wastewater ratio increases, this is a normal phenomenon, to be the temperature rises, the wastewater will be reduced, the water production flow increases
Winter machine freeze protection. If installed outdoors, there must be anti-freeze measures, if there is no anti-freeze measures may lead to filter bottles, membrane shells, etc., freeze cracks, the temperature below freezing must stop using water purification equipment. Installed indoors must ensure that the room temperature must not be less than 0 degrees, due to the water in the solidification process volume will expand, if frozen, will directly lead to water purification equipment, all the piping, filter bottles, membrane shells, etc. will burst, so that leakage occurs. If you don't use the water treatment equipment for a long time or need to go out, you must close the inlet ball valve, all the water in the pressure bucket, check the appearance of the machine before using it again to see if the machine is normal, and confirm that it is normal before turning on the water supply, the first bucket of water is also recommended to be discharged.
Handling of icing. Water purification equipment must be placed in the room temperature higher than 10 ℃ indoor natural thawing 48 hours before you can continue to use the boot, during this period can not be forced to open the machine water, check whether there is a leakage phenomenon after the boot. If you find that the unopened reverse osmosis membrane icing phenomenon, can be placed in cold water with its packaging, soak for more than 24 hours, and then can be used.
