First of all, your current hand board is processed by CNC or SLA, and the surface is treated as a prototype.
Then the prototype is used to pour the silica gel mold, which is roughly divided into several steps: stirring-vacuum defoaming-curing. Wherein curing takes about 4-6 hours.
Finally, the prototype is taken out and the silicone mold is completed. If you make rubber, you have to pour the material of PU glue. If you need ABS, PC, PP or other plastic materials, you can pour the corresponding PU materials (ABS-like materials, PC-like materials and PP-like materials). The manufacturing steps are roughly as follows: defoaming, stirring, preheating, injection molding and curing.
