V. Recruitment Procedures
(I) Qualification Examination
The Human Resources Department will examine the qualifications of the candidates according to the recruitment conditions.

Preliminary examination includes written examination and section interview.

(C) Retest
The retest will be conducted under a 100-point system, and the candidates will be assessed by the hospital's interview examiners.

The scores of the preliminary examination and the reexamination will be weighted 40% and 60% in accordance with the composite score.
(D) physical examination and publicity
Based on the comprehensive results of the ranking, according to the ratio of 1:1 to determine the candidates to participate in the physical examination, physical examination standards with reference to the "general standards for physical examination of civil servants (for trial implementation)".
