What unit is the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University?
The first affiliated hospital of Henan University was formerly known as 1949 Zhengzhou Health Center in Xingyang, Henan Province, and its name was changed to Kaifeng People's Hospital. At the end of 1957, the hospital moved to Kaifeng. 1963, the hospital was renamed as the Affiliated Hospital of Kaifeng Health School. From 1963 to 1969, the hospital has become the largest and most prestigious general hospital in Kaifeng. 1969 The school was cancelled, most of the hospital staff and medical equipment were moved to Lushan Hongqi Hospital, and a small number of staff were merged into Huaihe Hospital or other units. 1973 School resumed, and the outpatient department of Kaifeng Health School was established, with departments of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, traditional Chinese medicine, ent and pharmacy. 1975, opened 150 regular beds to carry out general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and ent surgery. 1978 school was renamed Kaifeng medical college with the approval of the State Council; 1June, 979, the outpatient clinic was named as the Affiliated Hospital of Kaifeng Medical College. 1984 Hospital was renamed as the First Affiliated Hospital of Kaifeng Medical College. In 2000, with the merger of universities and the establishment of New Henan University, the hospital was renamed as the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University.
