Article 6 Advertisements shall be recognizable, enabling the public to identify them as advertisements.

Article 9: Advertisements shall not contain the following contents that disparage the goods or services of others:

Article 11 prohibits the publication of advertisements for prescription drugs in media other than state-designated medical and pharmacological journals.

Article 12 The contents of medical advertisements are limited to the first name, address, category, form of ownership, diagnostic and therapeutic subjects, number of beds, reception time and contact information of the medical institution.

Article 13 The advertisements for medicines, medical treatment and medical devices shall not contain the following contents:

(1) unscientific assertions or guarantees of efficacy;

(2) publicizing the cure rate or efficiency;

(3) obscene, superstitious and absurd;

(4) use of patients, medical practitioners and relevant professionals, or Medical research units, academic institutions, medical institutions and other names and images as proof;

(e) other content prohibited by laws and regulations published.

Article 14 The advertisements of health-related non-medical commodities or non-medical services such as food, disinfection products, cosmetics, beauty and body care services, etc., shall not contain the following contents:

(1) directly or indirectly publicizing the therapeutic effects, or with the help of publicizing certain ingredients and functions expressly or impliedly having the therapeutic effects of diseases;

(2) using the names of pharmaceutical scientific research institutes Academic institutions, medical institutions, testing organizations, certification bodies, consumer organizations or medical personnel in the name of the image of the proof;

Article 15 Advertisements for pesticides and veterinary drugs shall not contain the following contents:
