Do insurance agents really make money?

If an insurance agent makes money or not, it depends on his business and service. The more business he does, the better service he provides to his clients, and the more money he makes!

The insurance industry, for China, is a proper sunrise industry, placed before 2012, it is more sunrise than ever. So much so that the industry is growing too fast, overflowing a lot of industry dividends.

The day-to-day agent lie

As we all know, sales is certainly the most lucrative, and insurance agents are more of a no-nonsense sales type of profession. Their salary components include a high percentage of insurance commissions in addition to a larger percentage of sales commissions from members of the following branches.

This is the big one.

If you want to be an insurance salesperson, or more nakedly, if you want to make money in the insurance industry, you essentially need to "recruit" people to grow your cash flow wheel.

So you can see that a lot of people in the insurance industry like to make fun of other industries outside of insurance, saying that other people don't have enough free time to work, that there are constraints on their income, that they don't have a lot of room to grow, etc.

But I don't think that's a good idea.

But anyone who understands is clear that a point of hard work, there is a point of harvest, this applies everywhere.

Often they are 7X24 hours to visit customers, and constantly return, constantly tracking, and constantly open up new channels for new sources; the so-called time is highly free, but only the rest of our agreed-upon breaks are subdivided and fragmented.

I don't mean to belittle this behavior, I just think it's really a bit of a trick if you get out of the insurance industry to talk about the potential of insurance agents.

After all, if you tell someone that because of the industry's additions, the same effort, your time, your struggles have been fueled by the growth of the industry for a period of time, much faster than other industries over the same period of time.

This, I do recognize.

More than 80% of agents don't necessarily make enough per month to live on; also, ever heard of an insurance refugee?

Know why the insurance market is criticized? Because salespeople don't have a sense of well-being, belonging, or security; how does it feel to answer that?

There are 8 million insurance employees in China in 2019, with a per capita income of less than 30,000 yuan! Here refers to the per capita income, any industry is a pyramid form, the unprofitable are the majority, the profitable are the minority.

Depends on whether you mean the agent of the general insurance or the agent of the life insurance.

Currently, general insurance agents are subdivided into property and auto insurance.

Property single sales are large, the share is also large, but the early contacts public relations cost a lot, most people belong to the kind of three years do not open, open to eat the situation in March.

Car insurance at present, the whole market competition, at the same time because of the intervention of the electronic marketing, the whole market is very transparent, the earnings are quite limited.

Life insurance, the share of each single is still very high, but in our city, the entire life insurance market has been the barbaric growth of the past, the pitfalls made very bad, so many people are still very resistant. So it's also very difficult to tap into.

So overall, there are those who make money, but there are more who can't make money.

Super lucrative, same as a medical device salesman!

Unprofitable

Anyone who has done insurance knows the heartache. The commission is high, but sometimes you have to give some money back to the customer, and customers are very savvy these days
