Unconsciously, three months have passed, received the notice of the school, my top internship is also in the time flies in the end.
Thinking back to the three months of work, there are bitter and tired, of course there is laughter, but more is learned a lot of practical knowledge. As a soon-to-be-graduated college student, I know in a period of time to summarize their own is very important, every week's work will have their own feelings, every do a thing will have its significance exists. So I decided to make a detailed summary of the work since these three months.
One, this week is the first week of internship, into the factory as an apprentice, follow the master to do things. Feel nothing to do this week, followed by the master, east look at the west look, although some things will do, such as kneading machine distribution box failure, let the master to overhaul the next, I can only look at, want to go up to help, but can not be inserted into the hands of the master because the master is too good, a look at the know, a problem to be solved. I can only go back to see the master after he overhauled it, and then go back to think about how the master did it. Thoroughly understand the experience is practiced, sloppy.
Second, the factory has a lot of electric motors, distribution boxes, relays and so on. I which spent two days off in the warehouse to read the manual, the functional use of each component are read all over the place, some of the yuan gas parts although the name is the same, but the appearance is different, with different occasions. For example, the intermediate relay KA, common in schools is relatively large pieces, while the factory distribution box KA is very small, as small as a button, it is easy to install, but also easy to replace, if damaged its transparent clinker shell will turn black (damage caused by burning). This makes it easy to detect faults. It brings no small amount of convenience for the electrician's overhaul.
Three, a busy week, lathe operation requires oil, oil through the oil pump to the machine tool, the machine for normal operation. My main task this week is to install the oil tank, and then debug the tank to see if there is any oil leakage.
Four, due to the needs of the order and last year's tapping-type circuit boards are still in stock, I and the other members of the electrical team together to connect the distribution cabinet. We led out a set of PLC mainframe, installed the PLC on the circuit board, and then looked at the PLC peripheral wiring diagram for wiring. This is kind of old school, and I used to do a lot of wiring in school. So I do it more skillfully. After completing the entire circuit board, we took the panel and circuit board and mounted them on the lathe's power distribution cabinet. Since the machine is running fully automatic, there are sensors. There are magnetic switches, proximity switches, copper contacts and travel switches. They each sense when a part of the machine is in place.
We threaded these sensors, the spindle motor wires, and the oil pump motor wires into the distribution cabinet, and matched them up against the drawings. Some of these sensors are grounded, some are connected to 0V, and some are connected to 24V, which is quite complicated, and I didn't really understand the drawings at first, but then I asked the team leader, and finally figured out the wiring one by one. A machine tool is not enough to have wiring and oil circuit, but also have a gas line, because some functions to be completed through the cylinder, such as feeding mechanism. We also threaded the air lines and connected the cylinder solenoid.
After connecting, enter the program through the team leader, after that we debug each part of the function, see whether the motor is reversed, see whether the accessories in and out of place, whether the small cylinder has too long a delay, etc., a machine we spent more than a day to complete the electrical debugging.
Five, dry for several weeks, every day repeated the same thing, in short, with the electricity can not be separated. As a result of our efforts and higher efficiency, a batch of orders to get done, this week I am more idle, every day over the work.
Look at such a small table lathe, in fact, there are a lot of mysteries, the lack of a little bit can not be made so that the lathe will be a failure, even if it can be used is not good. A precise process of casting a perfect lathe.
Six, idle a week, this week, to be honest, there is no big thing. Just think every day is busy, warehouse, workshop constantly running back and forth.
Looking back on this week's work: all the lathes to be shipped out of the factory according to the installation of a good work light, organize the distribution cabinet, clean the lathe with a cleaner, labeling, nailing nameplate and so on a series of finishing work. These things are miscellaneous work, seemingly small things, insignificant but after organizing so many lathes I know a lot.
For us to tighten a screw, organize the messy wires, wipe clean the lathe shell is a matter of hands. If we do not do a good job, the lathe was able to run, but to get the hands of the buyer is likely to run not, we have to after-sales personnel to run a trip, which gives the company a huge waste of human and material resources. As long as we spend a few more seconds to tighten the screws, spend a few more minutes to organize the board can save resources for the company. The quality of our company's lathe will also be improved by one grade. Customers buy our lathe is to trust us, beautiful appearance, performance and practicality is the customer's requirements is also our efforts to pursue the goal. Each process requires us to carefully complete, so that we can in quality and quantity, to win the trust of customers.
In fact, we do not do things like this. Treat everything seriously, as long as we are attentive, things even if we fail to find success from the failure.
Seven, our own design of the circuit diagram, is the motor start stop added a self-locking and dual motor start stop at the same time. Wiring is very simple, we have added a transformer in order to buyers operating life safety, with 36V to control the circuit operation.
The wiring board to do it yourself, we get our own materials in the warehouse on the insulation board drilling and tapping to fix the components, the first time to design their own circuit diagrams to install components wiring, feel a little bit good, the overall effect of the wiring board looks okay, more beautiful.
Due to our wiring errors, do not pay attention, some of the main line of the line connected to the wrong, such as are connected to the same phase, not interchangeable phases, resulting in the motor does not reverse and so on.
This work I know, the line must be connected carefully, or when you install and then go to change the line is more trouble, not good to change.
Eight, Wenzhou Rui'an machinery exhibition. Times are developing, the product is also developing, do the product of the machine is also constantly improving. Looked at the exhibition of machine tools, mechanical parts, benefit a lot.
Looking at the combination of various machinery and electrical appliances, I feel that the industry now tends to automation, with the times.
Nine, uneventful, as always, this is the work. Week after week, there is no day off, the body is like a machine, 8 hours during the day to run accurately. This week or so some things, so some people, so a few lathes.
Doing this work for so long, their own level is also constantly improving, connecting the line once more than a good-looking, speed is also once more than a fast.
Ten, this week there was an opportunity to practice alone, the family's kneading machine is broken, the AC contactor in the constant suction. So I began to find this fault alone. Through the multimeter measurement, found that everything is good. So I boldly energized and tested it, and finally found in the point spark that the small AC contactor controlling the large AC contactor was not in good contact, thus causing the large AC contactor to keep jumping. The machine is controlled by PLC, which utilizes low voltage electricity to control high voltage electricity, thus protecting the safety of the operator. Having found the key to the problem, I replaced the bad contactor and finally the machine ran normally.
Through this operation, it is a kind of summary of my recent work and knowledge. It feels pretty good to be able to put knowledge into practice, and also to be able to skillfully find the problem.
Xi, lasted more than 2 months of work, in the middle of the only Qingming rest day. The feeling is that the fatigue period is approaching, and the work is not strong. I'm not sure if I've ever been in a situation where I've been able to get a good deal on my own. The only thing I can think of is to take a break from work, probably because it's almost 5.1.
But even though I don't want to work, I'm determined to learn more and I'm telling myself that I can't afford to be lazy. Everything is gradual, practice makes perfect.
In fact, the internship has entered the final stage, the thing to learn although a lot of things, but the general system has been nearly clear, but also learned. The next thing to learn is the details of the things and consolidate their daily work, as the saying goes, practice makes perfect, work more hands and head will become numb, will not be in the key time off the chain.
Think in the factory learning, although not as comfortable as in the school, so comprehensive, but can greatly improve their ability in a certain area, but also better combination of theory and practice together.
Twelve, hey ...... very rare, 5.1 to, although only two days of rest but can make up for their own good sleep, feel quite satisfied.
