Documentation and methods of cleaning procedures for equipment and facilities in the chemical industry?
. Purpose: To provide a standardized document for the cleaning operation of condensation reaction pots and accessories. 2. Scope: applicable to the pilot plant condensation with enameled glass reaction pot, reflux condenser high level tank cleaning operation. 3. Responsibility: The director of the pilot plant, the person in charge of the condensation process, and the specific operators are responsible for the implementation of this procedure. 4. Procedure: 4.1 Prepare cleaning utensils, cleaning agent and cleaning solvent 4.1.1 Cleaning agent: 3% Na2CO3 solution. 4.1.2 Cleaning solvent: tap water, water for injection. 4.2 Cleaning cycle: before and after reuse if it is out of use for more than three days. 4.3 Cleaning operation procedure 4.3.1 After production, do not use for three days. 4.3.1.1 Add tap water 150L in 200L reactor, start the mixer, add Na2CO34.5kg, close the feeding port, heat to 80℃ and stir for 30 minutes, drain off the lye. 4.3.1.2 Rinse the inner wall of the pot, kettle cover and stirring slurry with tap water, the rinsing time is 15 minutes. 4.3.1.3 Rinse the inner wall of the pot, kettle lid and stirring slurry with water for injection for 15 minutes. 4.3.1.4 Close the discharge valve, fill the kettle with water for injection and stir for 10 minutes, drain one-third of the wash water, open the valve to the reflux condenser and open the reflux condenser cooling water valve, slowly open the steam valve to heat and boil the reflux for 30 minutes, turn off the steam, stop stirring and open the feeding port. 4.3.1.5 Rinse the inner wall of the reaction pot, kettle cover and stirring with injection water, the rinsing time is 5 minutes, and the final rinsing water is checked for water quality. Water quality check items: pH: 5.0-7.0 Clarity: clarification 4.3.1.6 Close the feeding port and discharge valve, reaction pot jacket through the steam, open the vacuum decompression drying for 20 minutes, turn off the vacuum, the reaction pot, all the emptying port, the mouth of the material set on a clean plastic bag. 4.3.1.7 After the high tank is removed, fill in 3% Na2CO3 solution and soak for 30 minutes, then rinse with tap water for 5 minutes, and finally rinse with water injection for 2 minutes, then cool and dry for spare. 4.3.1.8 Attach a cleaning label with the name of the equipment, date of cleaning, cleaner and reviewer. 4.3.2 Out of service for more than three days, before re-use 4.3.2.1 Rinse the inner wall of the reaction pot, kettle lid and stirring slurry with water by injection for 5 minutes. 4.3.2.2 Close the feeding port and discharge valve, jacket through the steam, open the vacuum decompression drying for 20 minutes, close the vacuum. 4.3.2.3 High-level tank with injection water rinse 2 minutes to cool and dry. 4.3.3 Make cleaning records.
