3. Disposal of end-of-life equipment

4 After the equipment is scrapped, the equipment department shall send the approved equipment scrapping order to the accounting department to cancel the account card.
⑤ The proceeds from the lease transfer and scrapping of equipment must be used for equipment renewal and transformation. End-of-life equipment should be recycled by formal recycling enterprises by adopting the open mode of bidding.
