The inspection cycle of the rural sewage treatment project is generally to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the project party and regulatory units, sewage treatment discharge standards. Inspection is a detailed work, not only to sewage treatment equipment data testing, collection, but also to the entire station area and even sewage pipe network for regular inspection and maintenance.
The main work of the inspection is as follows:
1, the sewage collection pipe network, grates, inspection wells, septic tanks, regulating tanks, the main body of the treatment process and outlet wells and other structures to carry out inspections, and found that the damage is repaired in a timely manner and clearing and desilting.
2, pumps, fans and other electromechanical equipment and power cables to check the operation of faults in a timely manner to repair and replace; in and out of the water volume, water quality observation records, and regular monitoring of water quality.
3, check the power equipment, according to the actual operating conditions to do a good job of starting and stopping the pump operation, abnormalities found in time to deal with and report; check the pressure, flow rate is abnormal, instrumentation, signal indication is normal, abnormalities found in time to deal with and report.
4, on-site inspection should be regularly measured in and out of the water pH, water temperature, DO and other indicators, COD, ammonia and other indicators, sampling sent to the laboratory for determination. Every 3-6 months sampling to determine the sludge concentration (MLSS), sludge volume index (SVI) and other parameters.
In order to improve the project operation and maintenance management capability, inspection staff should record and upload data on rural wastewater treatment equipment, and make inspection records and maintenance records.
