The idea of ??importing second-hand equipment:
First determine the customs code (HS) of the equipment to confirm whether the import is allowed and whether an import mechanical and electrical certificate is involved
Then confirm Whether pre-shipment inspection and quarantine is required or whether it is exempted from pre-shipment inspection and quarantine? For example, most old molds are exempt from assembly inspection.
Confirm whether the foreign nameplate is intact, and whether there is model number, production year and other information
If the import of old equipment is allowed by the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, give up importing such old equipment directly.
If it is allowed to be imported without packaging, it will be shipped directly.
If pre-shipment inspection and quarantine are required, pre-shipment inspection and quarantine must be completed before importing. Currently, my country’s pre-shipment inspection and quarantine is operated by China Inspection Company. It is recommended to find their branch nearby.
Import related mechanical and electrical certificates must be applied for after passing the pre-shipment inspection and quarantine. Those that do not require installation can be applied for directly during transportation.
If it’s heavy, don’t ship it by air if it’s not too urgent. Air freight and destination port charges are more expensive than sea freight.

Import price review does not mean that the purchase price will be taxed according to the tax rate ratio of the purchase price. The customs must calculate the residual value of the value of old mechanical and electrical equipment.
Import Inspection
After the commodity inspection is transferred, the final commodity inspection will usually go to the place of final use to check the equipment. Only after checking it can it be used. Pay attention! Don't use it until it's healed, otherwise you'll be fined.
