1. Scope and objects of talent introduction
1. Bachelor degree or above;

3. Conditions for introducing talents
(1) Applicant teachers should meet the following qualifications:
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and love The motherland, supports the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the party's line, principles, and policies, and safeguards the unity of the motherland and national unity.
2. Love Tibetan education, voluntarily work in Tibet, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, be determined to develop the profession, have good professional ethics and the spirit of serving the people.
3. Be in good health and be able to work in Shannan City, Tibet for more than eight years.
4. Have high school (vocational school) teacher qualification certificate. Have solid professional knowledge and be competent in the teaching and research tasks of this major in high schools (vocational schools).
5. Under 30 years old.
(2) Registration will not be accepted for those who have any of the following circumstances:
1. Those who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

4. Talent Introduction Procedure
(1) Registration

(2) Qualification review
1. Time: May 16 to May 30, 2017;

(3) Political review and physical examination

5. Introduction benefits
After the introduced talents are hired, they will become official state cadres (belonging to public institutions), and their wages will be based on the salary standards for staff in Tibetan administrative institutions, (monthly standard (approximately 7,000 yuan in Category II areas and approximately 7,500 RMB in Category III areas), and enjoy salary adjustments in accordance with relevant national policies.
