H Hisense employees are divided into two categories: formal establishment and informal establishment as follows:

1, the formal establishment of employees refers to the relevant provisions of the state, recruited after the examination, signed a labor contract, in accordance with national regulations to enjoy social insurance and welfare benefits;

2, informal establishment of employees refers to the recruitment of employees who have not passed the examination, did not sign a labor contract, and did not enjoy social insurance and welfare benefits in accordance with national provisions. The unofficial employees are those who have not been recruited after examination, have not signed labor contracts, and are not entitled to social insurance and welfare benefits according to the state regulations, including temporary workers, interns, part-time workers, etc.

Legal basis:

Article 16 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Labor Contracts

The labor contract shall be made by consensus between the employer and the worker and shall enter into force after the employer and the worker have signed or sealed the text of the labor contract. The text of the labor contract shall be signed by both the employer and the worker.

Article 17

A labor contract shall contain the following provisions:

(1) the name, residence and legal representative or principal person in charge of the employing unit;

(2) the worker's name, address and the number of his or her resident's identification card or other valid identification document;

(3) the duration of the labor contract;

(4) Work content and workplace;

(v) working hours and rest and vacation;

(vi) labor remuneration;

(vii) social insurance;

(viii) labor protection, working conditions and protection against occupational hazards;

(ix) other matters that shall be included in the labor contract as stipulated by laws and regulations.

In addition to the necessary provisions of the labor contract stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the employer and the worker may agree on other matters such as probationary period, training, confidentiality, supplementary insurance and welfare benefits.
