The knocking force is generally applied to the inner ring of the bearing, but it should not be applied to the roller and cage of the bearing. This method is simple, but it is easy to damage the bearing. When the bearing is located at the shaft end, hold the shaft end with a copper rod or other soft metal material smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing, add a pad at the lower part of the bearing, and knock it down with a hammer. When applying this method, we should pay attention to the proper placement of the pad and the correct focus.
Second, the pull-out method
Adopt special puller. When disassembling, turn the handle to slowly pull out the bearing. When removing the bearing outer ring, the angles of the two legs of the puller should be spread outward; When removing the bearing inner ring, the two feet of the puller should be inward and stuck on the end face of the bearing inner ring.
Precautions:
1. Hook the puller on the inner ring of the bearing instead of the outer ring to avoid excessive looseness or damage of the bearing;
2. When using the puller, aim the screw at the center hole of the shaft, and do not skew it. Also pay attention to the stress of the hook and bearing to avoid damage to the hook and bearing;
3. Pay attention to prevent the tractor from slipping;
4. The bending angle of the two legs of the puller is less than 90.
Third, pushing and pressing method
The bearing is driven by the press, which is stable and reliable and does not damage the machine and the bearing shielding room. The press has manual pushing, mechanical or hydraulic pressing.
Note: the focus of the press should be in the center of the shaft, and no deviation is allowed.
Fourth, the hot demolition method
Used to remove the tight-fitting bearing. First, pour the oil heated to about 100℃ into the bearing to be disassembled with an oil pot. After the bearing ring is heated and expanded, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller.
Precautions:
1. First, install the puller on the bearing to be disassembled and apply a certain pulling force;
2. Before heating, wrap the shaft with asbestos rope or thin iron plate to prevent the shaft from expanding when heated, otherwise it will be difficult to disassemble. When removing the bearing from the bearing box hole, only the bearing box hole can be heated, not the bearing;
3. When pouring oil, the oil pot should be smoothly poured on the bearing ring or roller in the shielding machine room, and an oil basin should be placed below it to collect the hot oil flowing down to avoid waste and scald;
4, the operator should wear asbestos gloves to prevent burns.
V. Induction heating method
Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, induced current is generated in the inner ring of the bearing, which makes it heat and expand, thus creating a gap at the matching position and achieving the purpose of easy disassembly. Because induction heating is fast, uniform, clean and pollution-free, and the heating quality is high, and the bearing is not damaged, this advanced disassembly method is gradually replacing baking and oil boiling.
