Twelfth construction projects that have been evaluated for seismic safety, the design unit shall carry out seismic design in accordance with the requirements for seismic fortification approved by the competent administrative department for earthquake, and the design scheme shall conform to the relevant codes for seismic design of projects; The construction unit shall carry out the construction according to the seismic design; The supervision unit shall supervise the seismic fortification measures as required.

Construction, design, construction, supervision and other units shall be responsible for the seismic fortification quality of the project for life according to their respective responsibilities. If economic losses are caused to the construction unit, the evaluation unit shall be liable for compensation.
