HLB5000 environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant is a new product developed on the basis of the introduction of similar foreign products. Its key components burner, sensor, are imported equipment, control system using Siemens PLC centralized control, professional control computer, at the same time, dynamic display of the entire production process. The mixing cylinder liner, mixing arm and blade are made of special materials with long service life. I. Batching System

It realizes automatic switching and separate control of light/heavy fuel oil wind-oil ratio. The advanced oil supply system makes the heavy oil and residual oil well atomized and fully combusted, and the oil saving rate is 7~15%. The flame adjustment ratio can be up to 10:1.

Three, hot aggregate lifting, screening, storage, weighing system

Hot aggregate elevator

Vibrating screen

Four, mixing system

Mixer

The whole machine adopts square frame structure, heavy-duty design, stable operation, safe and reliable, beautiful and generous appearance.

The liner and the head are made of high chromium white cast iron with long service life.

The material door adopts double cylinders to manipulate the flip type discharging door, which has short discharging time, good sealing effect, flexible opening and closing, and eliminates the phenomenon of stagnation.

Reliable lubrication system: the application of automatic lubrication system using 380V powerful motor, can quickly pump the lubricant to the lubrication points, and can be set up by the computer program, on time and quantitatively will be pumped to the lubrication points; manual lubrication as a standby system, can be reliably and timely completion of the lubrication of the various parts of the lubrication.

V. Thermal oil heating and asphalt supply system

The equipment adopts fully automatic horizontal thermal oil heating system (modular transportation and installation). The burner adopts imported brand. Sixth, dust removal system

The powder tank is installed with high efficient material level indicator, the top of the tank is equipped with bag duster, two tanks are installed in the lower cone with air hammer, or pneumatic arch-breaking pads in order to prevent arching in the cone part; the top of the new powder tank and the recycling tank are equipped with over-pressure protection system, which prevents the phenomenon of overtopping. The stone powder in the new powder tank and the dust in the recycling tank can be proportionally transported to the powder weighing hopper by screw conveyor.

Eight, air control system
