Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panel Continuous Production Line

Polyurethane Foam Sandwich Panel Continuous Production Line is a special equipment for the production of sandwich panels with the upper and lower layers of non-woven fabrics and other soft-surface materials, and the intermediate sandwich layer of polyurethane, and the specifications of the sandwich panels are thickness of 20-100mm, width of 1200mm, and length of the sandwich panels are customized. Its working principle is: the polyurethane foam raw liquid through the filling machine metering pump to a certain ratio into the mixing head mixing and pouring in the sandwich panel bottom layer material, and the upper layer material together into the laminating conveyor, in the laminating conveyor up and down the chain plate between the foam curing molding; curing molding of the sandwich panel material in the production line by both sides of the trimming by automatic tracking cut-off machine according to the needs of cutting a certain length of the product.

Equipment Composition

Discharging device Two sets

Mobile pouring machine

Mobile pouring machine consists of main frame base, servo drive device, slide and so on.

The main frame is mounted on the base, which is equipped with a guide rail to realize the adjustable distance between the main frame of the mobile pouring machine and the laminating machine. The base is equipped with an adjusting device to adjust the height vertically. The slide is moved back and forth by servo motor planetary gearbox and synchronized toothed belt dragging. Mixing head is installed on the slide to realize reciprocating fabric. The reciprocating distance, position and frequency are controlled by PLC and touch screen.

Laminating Conveyor

The production is equipped with a laminating conveyor, which is used for laminating and shaping of the sheet. The laminating machine adopts chain plate transmission structure, the chain plate is made of high quality aluminum alloy, the speed is adjustable steplessly by frequency conversion, the thickness of the sandwich board is guaranteed by the spacing between the upper and lower chain plates of the laminator, the power to open the laminating chain plate of the laminator adopts a speed reducer, and the maximum height of the opening is up to 280mm, which is convenient for adjustment and maintenance, and the 16 lifts ensure that the laminating chain plate on the laminator stays in any position.

Hot air circulating device

Fuel oil hot-air furnace and electric heating as heating source. . The circulation channel is formed through the air duct, air supply fan and upper and lower presses. Customers can choose simultaneous heating or separate heating according to process requirements.

In order to adjust the temperature of the upper and lower presses, the air volume adjustment plate is installed on the main air duct.
