Used machinery and equipment imports need to handle what procedures

1) The customer to provide imported equipment information and pictures → Upper Heng company accounting for a variety of import costs → quotation → signed an import agreement

2) Upper Heng import agency Ltd. in the domestic processing of old mechanical and electrical products imported for the record and inspection and quarantine applications

3) The customer contacted the foreign supplier to arrange for the booking of the export of sea freight → sea freight to Hong Kong

4) Upper Heng company Exchange of documents, pick up goods → MJK Hong Kong warehouse

5) MJK contact Hong Kong CIQ to do inspection → CIQ qualified → MJK apply for E&E certificate

6) MJK arrange barge to inland terminal → MJK local commodity inspection bureau to change the original filing and inspection and quarantine certificates

7) MJK inspection → commodity inspection and customs clearance → Commodity inspection bureau on-site inspection and verification

8) MJK company to declare the customs clearance → commodity inspection and customs clearance → commodity inspection bureau on-site inspection Verification

8) UHS to prepare the import declaration information → Customs import audit → tax bill to pay taxes → Customs inspection → pick up and release Import units to apply for the "Import License"

What materials should be provided?

1, application form for the import of electromechanical products;

2, a copy of the business license;

3, the import order contract;

4, such as the following cases.

Should also provide the following materials:

(1) the import of mechanical and electrical products subject to mandatory certification by the state, should provide the "China National Compulsory Product Certification" or "exempted from mandatory product certification";

2) investment projects under the import of electromechanical products, should provide the project approval or filing documents issued by the agency in charge of the investment of the project (copy)

(3) the import of imported electromechanical products under the implementation of authorized operation, should provide proof of authorized operation;

(4) the implementation of production licensing management of electromechanical products, enterprises applying for import of relevant parts and components for production, should provide the production license materials (copy);

(5) imported old equipment, should provide the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, or authorized inspection and quarantine institutions authorized by the State Council. Or licensed inspection and quarantine institutions issued by the pre-inspection report of imported products;

(6) imported old equipment for refurbishment (including remanufacturing, the same below), should be provided to engage in the refurbishment business of the relevant materials;

(7) imported using international bidding for procurement of electromechanical products, should be provided to the competent body of the international bidding issued by the international bidding "Notice of the results of the international bidding evaluation".
