Quality evaluation of clinical nursing activities;

1. Basic quality

Evaluation is the quality evaluation of factors, mainly evaluating the basic conditions of nursing work, including organization, facilities, instruments and equipment, and the quality of nursing staff.

(4) Nursing staff: The quantity, quality and qualification should meet the requirements of hospital classification management.

(5) Environment: Whether each nursing unit is safe, clean, tidy, comfortable and well-equipped.

(6) Formulation and implementation of various rules and regulations: Whether there are various work quality standards and quality control standards.

2. Link quality assessment

(1) The main contents of the evaluation are: ① to carry out holistic nursing, and whether to organize clinical nursing activities by using nursing procedures; ② The quantity and quality of psychological nursing and health education; (3) Whether the accuracy of executing doctor's orders and the execution of temporary doctor's orders are timely; (4) Observe the condition and treatment response, whether to dynamically modify the nursing plan and record the situation in the form; ⑤ Whether to take patients as the center and implement active nursing; ⑥ Coordination with logistics and medical departments.

(2) Commonly used evaluation indicators: ① qualified rate of nursing technology operation; ② Qualified rate of basic nursing; ③ Qualified rate of intensive care and primary health care; ④ The qualified rate of writing various nursing forms; ⑤ The implementation rate of one person, one needle and one tube; ⑥ The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of conventional instruments.

3. Terminal quality evaluation (nursing result evaluation)

It is to evaluate the final effect of nursing activities, and it refers to the quality evaluation of the final nursing results of each patient or the nursing results of batches of patients.
