Ingersoll rand VSD fault code

The fault code of Ingersoll Rand VSD Company is that the variable speed driver measures the DC pressure on the bus in the driving device. If the voltage exceeds 785VDC, a VSD fault 0 alarm will be given. This alarm will be issued whether the motor is running or not.

The fault is an instantaneous "no-exceeding" overcurrent condition, and the setting and quick response are part of the setting of driving parameters, which are pre-programmed. Two blue current transformers are installed on the wires of U and V motors driven by T2, and three current transformers are installed on the wires of U, V and W driven by T 1. These transformers constantly monitor the output current of the variable speed drive, and if the output current exceeds the preset limit value, it will give an alarm to start.

It should be confirmed that the power supply voltage is within the specified range and the voltage is stable, so as to avoid excessive correction of the motor speed when the driving device responds to voltage fluctuation.

Check all internal connection points for signs of motor phase arc, current transformer failure or motor wire scratch.

After removing the cooling window at the end of the motor, make sure that the motor can be driven by hand for mechanical movement. When the rotor passes through the winding poles of the motor stator, the rotation will look a bit strange.

Check the cable wiring of Hall effect sensor and PX4 contact on the control panel. Loose or poor wiring may cause the driving device to receive abnormal information, which may lead to excessive motor acceleration and overcurrent.

Check whether the current transformer (CT) exceeds the standard by checking the motor current value in the maintenance menu 3 and measuring the wire of the motor with the current clamp meter. The current value in maintenance menu 3 should be consistent with the reading of ammeter. If not, it may be that the current transformer is faulty.

If the problem is not solved, disconnect the motor wires U, V and W from the junction box of the variable speed drive, and then start the equipment. If the alarm 44 appears after the power supply is re-energized, reset the alarm 44, and then try to start the motor again.

Extended data:

Ingersoll rand air compressor is simply a kind of air supply equipment. It is a device that converts mechanical energy into gas pressure, and its structure is similar to that of a water pump. Mainly used in the following aspects:

1, used for gas separation and refrigeration;

2. Used for synthesis and polymerization;

3. Hydrorefining of oil;

4. Gas transportation;

5, compressed air as power.

The above are several common uses of air compressors, among which compressed air is our common power.
