How does an oxygen concentrator produce oxygen?

The basic working principle of an oxygen concentrator is to use air as raw material without any additives through the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), which adsorbs nitrogen and other gases in the air after the power is turned on, and then separates the oxygen with high purity (93%±3%) from the air.

Oxygen generator generally consists of oxygen generator, flow meter, humidifier, and oxygen concentration status indicator, of which the oxygen concentration status indicator can issue an alarm when the oxygen concentration is too low to prevent users from inhaling gases that don't meet the oxygen concentration requirements.

The principle of the oxygen concentrator is to "filter" out the higher concentration of oxygen from the air, and the oxygen concentration of the oxygen concentrator and the oxygen concentration of the inhalation are two different concepts. Because the oxygen is mixed with air when inhaled, there is a gas exchange process after entering the lungs, so the actual inhaled oxygen concentration is reduced.
