The developer is named Chenzhou Xiaobu Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. and the general manager of the company, Mr. Deng Futang, is a doctor of ecology, serving as the vice president of the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Yunnan Province, and at the same time, he is the assistant director of the Institute for Research in Engineering and Technology of Yunnan University, and the supervisor of the doctoral students.
