Sheet metal processing methods
Non-mold processing: through the number of punching, laser cutting, shearing machine, bending machine, riveting machine and other equipment on the sheet metal process way, generally used for sample production or small batch production, the cost is higher. The processing cycle is short and responsive.
Mold processing: through a fixed mold, sheet metal processing, generally under the mold, molding die, mainly for mass production, lower cost. High cost of mold in the first stage, the quality of parts is guaranteed. Pre-processing cycle is long, mold cost is high.
