1, spring steel 65Mn. Used for slide valve pump or large rotary vane pump, reciprocating pump, etc. After 65Mn heat treatment and cold drawing hardening, spring steel has high strength, toughness and plasticity. Under the same surface condition and complete quenching condition, the fatigue limit is equivalent to that of alloy spring. But the hardenability is poor, and it is mainly used for small springs, such as pressure regulating and speed regulating springs, force measuring springs, round and square spiral springs in general machinery, or small mechanical springs made of steel wires.
2. Stainless steel 1Cr 18Ni9Ti. Used for water ring pump. Stainless steel 1Cr 18Ni9Ti is a common stainless steel (SUS32 1), and its microstructure is austenite. 9 in 18 and 1Cr 18Ni9Ti represents the contents of chromium (%) and nickel (%) respectively. It is a stainless steel brand in China. Used for manufacturing acid-resistant containers and equipment linings, magnetic instruments and medical instruments, with good intergranular corrosion resistance.
3.60Si2Mn spring steel. Rotary vane pump for front end or direct connection of slide valve pump. 60Si2Mn spring steel is a widely used silicon-manganese spring steel, and its strength, elasticity and hardenability are slightly higher than those of 55Si2Mn. 60Si2Mn spring steel industry is suitable for manufacturing leaf springs or spiral springs with wire diameters below 30mm, heat-resistant springs with working temperature below 250℃ in non-corrosive medium, large-scale important spiral springs working under alternating load and high stress, automobile shock absorption systems, etc.
4, fluororubber. Used for rotary vane pump. Fluorine rubber refers to a synthetic polymer elastomer with fluorine atoms in the carbon atoms in the main chain or side chain. The introduction of fluorine atoms gives rubber excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, automobile, petroleum, household appliances and other fields, and is an irreplaceable key material in the cutting-edge national defense industry.
5, fluororubber coated with 65Mn. Used for direct rotary vane pump.
6. The valve plate is placed at the exhaust port of the upper bearing, and its function is to seal the refrigerant in the cylinder and compress the refrigerant. When the compression pressure reaches a certain value, the valve plate is pressed open and the compressed refrigerant is discharged from the exhaust port of the upper bearing. Plug a port in the compression project and open it when exhausting. Its function is determined by the internal pressure of the cylinder.
