Four responsibilities
4. 1 The project management department and the project supervision department shall establish a safety management system for construction machinery and special equipment during the construction of BT construction projects, and designate full-time safety engineers to manage them.
4.2 Project Management and Supervision Department is the centralized management department of construction machinery and special equipment, which supervises and inspects the use and management of construction machinery and special equipment of BT contractors.
4.3 The Project Supervision Department shall supervise the use of construction machinery and special equipment on the construction site of BT construction projects, and be responsible for reviewing the safety qualification of the construction machinery and special equipment and the qualification of special operators when BT contractors enter the site.
4.4 BT contractor is responsible for managing the safe use of construction machinery and special equipment used in this bid according to the requirements of project management department and project supervision department.
5 Contents and requirements
5. 1 Construction machinery management
5. 1. 1 The project management department and the project supervision department shall review and record the status and qualifications of the machinery management institutions, personnel and machinery that BT contractors enter the construction site. Before large-scale construction machinery and construction elevators enter the construction site, each BT contractor shall report the dismantling qualification, mechanical condition, management organization and personnel, system and measures of the construction machinery to the Project Management Department and the Project Supervision Department for review, and check the technical performance and safety protection devices of the construction machinery before entering the construction site.
5. 1.2 The working site, track foundation and track laying of large lifting machinery must meet the technical requirements of this type, and the quality inspection and acceptance system shall be strictly implemented. The track of hoisting machinery should be maintained and cleaned by special personnel.
5. 1.3 List the large construction machinery, hanging cages and construction elevators in use. The list includes mechanical safety inspection certificate, rated lifting weight, operator's name, post responsibility system, safety operation procedures, etc.
5. 1.4 Abnormal conditions of large construction machinery, hanging cages and construction elevators should be reported and handled in time, and it is forbidden to run with diseases.
