Add ctppt condition

CTPPT (Central Party School Postgraduate Training Course) is a postgraduate training program of China Central Party School, and the enrollment conditions and procedures are stipulated by the Central Party School. The following factors are one of the conditions for joining CTPPT:

1. Has the status of party member of China * * * production party or the qualification to join China * * * production party.

2. Have certain work experience and achievements in the work unit or institution.

3. Having a bachelor's degree or above usually requires a postgraduate degree.

4. Have good political quality and ideological accomplishment.

5. Strong academic ability and research ability.

6. Have high comprehensive quality and leadership ability.
