2. The glass bracket feet are not fixed. It is easy to shift when grinding large glass, resulting in different levels. Just need a brace.

3. The machine that has been used for a long time has only replaced a small part of the box glue of the conveyor chain, and the old and new box glue are used together, so the height is different, resulting in different sizes of frosted glass. It is necessary to replace all the squares or simply replace the whole conveyor chain.

4. Transmission chain leads to uneven level. The glass inlet conveyor chain and the glass outlet conveyor chain are not in a straight line (not horizontal) with the front and rear pressure plates. Firstly, adjust the height of the guide rail at the glass inlet end (which can be achieved by adjusting the stroke screw below the guide rail), so that the 2500-long glass can be transported on the conveyor chain of the guide rail from beginning to end during edging (after the glass enters the pressure plate for 40CM, pay attention to two places: whether the glass on the conveyor chain below the pressure plate and the glass on the rightmost conveyor chain of the machine are still attached to the conveyor chain). If the glass on the conveyor chain under the pressure transmission plate leaves the conveyor chain and is lifted, it needs to be lifted. If the glass tail on the rightmost conveyor chain of the machine is inclined (emptied), it is necessary to raise the guide rail moving screw on the right A-frame until it is flat. The adjustment level of the conveyor chain on the left side of the machine is also deduced according to this principle.

5, the head, tail or middle can't be polished.

The head and tail can't be polished, and the sprocket of bone row mainly enters the glass, which leads to the displacement when the glass moves forward. First, remove the two machine sleeves, and correct the height and angle of the two sprockets at the end of the glass, which shall be subject to the consistency of the two sprockets on the gearbox.

Non-polishing or poor polishing in the middle: the front and rear pressure plates are too loose, which causes the glass to sink during polishing, resulting in too much polishing in the middle of the glass, resulting in non-polishing or insufficient polishing in the middle. Just disassemble the shell and fix the splint chain.
