(D) Penalty Enforcement Division.
Supervision and management of the province's prisons (Institute) of sentence enforcement. Draws up rules and regulations for the enforcement of penalties and organizes their implementation; manages the admission and release of criminals; undertakes the review and approval of the commutation of sentences of criminals on death row and life imprisonment, and the filing of records of the commutation of sentences and parole of criminals on remission of sentence for fixed-term imprisonment; is responsible for reviewing and approval of criminals released on medical parole and for the representations, accusations and complaints of criminals; and oversees the work of publicity of penalties.
(v) Life and Health Management Division.
Supervision and management of the province's prisons (Institute) of life health management. The formulation of life health management rules and regulations and organize the implementation; supervision and inspection of the implementation of the standards of physical quantity of criminals; guidance on the management of food and medical care for criminals; guidance on the operation of prison hospital medical personnel and hospital grading and drug management; organization and coordination of disease prevention and control of criminals.
(VI) Prison Investigation Division. Supervision and management of the province's prisons (Institute) of prison investigation. The formulation of prison investigation rules and regulations and organization and implementation; responsible for prison in custody criminals prison re-offense prevention and combating; responsible for the prison situation dynamics of investigation and research; guidance and supervision of prison ears and eyes construction, prison case detection, trial and transfer.

(H) Development Planning Division.
Develops medium- and long-term planning and construction plans for prisons; researches and proposes supporting measures related to investment in prisons; guides and coordinates the review and validation of prison construction projects and supervises their implementation; and is responsible for the statistical work of the directly subordinate units.
(IX) Financial Equipment Division.
Supervision of directly under the unit of financial management and accounting, the preparation of annual budget; supervision and management of directly under the unit of state-owned assets value-added; supervision and management of prisons (Institute) material and equipment supply, supervision of directly under the unit of funds allocated to the implementation of the situation; according to the relevant provisions of the collection of convicts' labor compensation fees and consulting with the relevant departments for the use of approved allocations.

Retired cadres work. Responsible for the Bureau of retired cadres management, service; guidance directly under the work of retired cadres.
Organization Party Committee. Set up in accordance with the provisions of the Party Constitution; responsible for the Party affairs of the organs.
Discipline Inspection Committee (Supervision Office and its co-location). Guides the disciplinary inspection work of directly under the unit; accepts and investigates and handles the disciplinary problems of civil servants at the deputy division level in the directly under the unit and the case of complaint review; investigates and handles the major disciplinary problems and the case of complaint review occurring in the directly under the unit; assists the disciplinary inspection department of the subordinate area in investigating and handling the major violation of law and discipline in the municipal prisons.
