What materials can the future workshop print?

There are 80 SLA industrial-grade printers, 8 SLS industrial-grade 3D printers and 3 HP MJF industrial-grade 3D printers in the future workshop, which can meet your demand for nonmetallic 3D printing. In addition, CNC precision machining, mold manufacturing and small batch injection molding can also meet your needs.

At present, 3D printing materials include the future 8000 photosensitive resin and the future 8500 photosensitive resin, nylon and glass fiber nylon materials, plus the new high-performance nylon materials.

Large-scale equipment Liantai G 1400, the molding size can reach 1400×700×500mm, which can meet the daily needs of most customers.

In addition, because our original numerical control materials can no longer meet the growing needs of customers, we actively introduce new numerical control materials, including 45 steel, 40Cr, Q235 and SUS304. The CNC material series in the future workshop has been expanded. The existing numerical control materials are: aluminum alloy 606 1, aluminum alloy 7075, brass, copper, No.45 steel, 40Cr, Q235 and SUS304.
