Introduction of Shandong Institute of Medical Imaging

Shandong Institute of Medical Imaging, founded in 1975, is currently the largest and most powerful technical force in China, and the only medical institution with independent legal personality that integrates medical imaging diagnosis, interventional therapy, scientific research, teaching and training. It is the leading unit of Shandong Medical Imaging Clinical Medical Center and Shandong Medical Imaging Diagnosis and Treatment Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, as well as the only National Demonstration Base of Breast Tumor Standardized Early Diagnosis and Treatment Project, National Teaching and Training Base, and National Imaging Research Base in Shandong Province, which is recognized by the organizing committee of "Healthy China 2020 Women's Tumor Prevention and Control Project" under the supervision of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the sponsorship of the Chinese Medical Doctors' Association. Research and teaching training. It has been awarded 141 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China. It has won more than 70 national scientific and technological progress awards and provincial and ministerial awards. Published 1188 papers, of which 141 are SCI indexed. We have published 68 monographs. Every year, there are many papers in the annual meeting of North American Radiology and the annual meeting of the European Society of Radiology to speak and exchange panels. The CT Diagnostic Laboratory of the Institute introduced the world's most advanced whole-body CT in 1984, and the application of dual-source CT low-dose scanning in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease is the leading technology in the international arena; the colon simulation endoscopy, ureter, temporal bone, spine, hip joints, and adrenal glands, and other technologies are the first of their kind in the country; and the angiographic imaging of the portal vein, limbs, and acute chest pains, coronary arteries, and bronchi, is the first in the country. Arterial CT angiography CTA technology is leading in China. Magnetic **** vibration diagnostic laboratory in 1991 in the country's first introduction of China's first high-field strength superconducting magnetic **** vibration scanner, the same year Siemens in China's physician training base room was set up in the laboratory. It has developed more than 10 magnetic **** vibration diagnostic techniques, such as MRS study of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content in brain tissue, whole-body functional imaging, spectral examination of skeletal muscle and liver lesions, fetal magnetic **** vibration examination, and diagnosis of brachial plexus neuralgia, and so on, which are the leading techniques in the country. Ultrasonography Laboratory introduced the world's most advanced B-mode ultrasound in 1982 and was the first in the province to use it in the clinic. It was the first in the province to carry out early diagnosis and screening of abnormal hip development in children and diagnostic examination of peripheral blood vessels, tendons and nerves.X-ray Diagnostic Laboratory, adhering to the tradition of the century-old Shandong Provincial Hospital, possesses rich experience and strong technical force in diagnosis of difficult and rare diseases of the skeletal system and diagnosis of gastrointestinal imaging, and has a leading level at home and abroad in the clinical application of digitalized tomography fusion technology, small intestinal imaging, and determination of bone age. The Department of Interventional Radiology is one of the leading departments in China and the province. The Interventional Radiology Laboratory is one of the only two practical interventional technology promotion training centers in China named by the Chinese Medical Association (CMA). It has taken the lead in the province in carrying out the interventional treatment of liver cancer, lung cancer and other malignant tumors, the interventional treatment of various kinds of acute hemorrhage, the interventional treatment of Tipss (which is the shunt of dry vein and portal vein in the past), PTCD, Bugatti's Syndrome, peripheral vascular lesions and ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, and the first one in the country in carrying out the interventional treatment of cerebrovascular lesions.The Interventional Diagnostic Laboratory of CT has taken the lead in carrying out the minimally invasive interventional treatment of tumors and the first one in China. The minimally invasive tumor interventional diagnosis and treatment technology has reached the international advanced level. The CT Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment Laboratory is the first in China to carry out minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment of tumors at the international advanced level, and it is the first in the world to carry out CT-guided 125I particle implantation for mediastinal lymph node metastasis and minimally invasive comprehensive treatment of pancreatic cancer. The feasibility study of mediastinal lymph node biopsy after artificial pneumothorax completed by the company has been appraised to be at the international leading level, and this study is the first time to complete the whole group of mediastinal lymph node biopsy, which breaks through the "forbidden zone" in the medical field. The ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment laboratory is the first in the province to carry out the image fusion volumetric navigation technology, combining the ultrasound real-time imaging technology with the enhanced CT (magnetic **** vibration) image, making the interventional treatment technology more safe and reliable. Its bile duct drainage, severe pancreatitis drainage and tumor ablation, 125I particle implantation and other therapeutic techniques are at the leading level in China. Technical cooperation.

The Institute has signed cooperation agreements with more than 20 tertiary hospitals and primary hospitals. With the advantages of its own technology and talents, the Institute cooperates closely with the agreement units in three aspects: medical treatment, scientific research, and education and training.
