Aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is widely used in industrial gas separation and liquefaction, petrochemical industry, power transportation machinery and refrigeration equipment because of its compact structure, light weight and high heat transfer efficiency. Our company has strong strength in the design and manufacture of plate-fin heat exchangers, has a perfect production system and accumulated rich experience. It has the largest vacuum brazing furnace and complete sets of manufacturing and inspection equipment in China, and is the production base of plate-fin heat exchangers in China. BCK 3-8/6 and BCK 2.1-9/6 aluminum plate-fin switching heat exchangers won the National Silver Award in 1985. At present, the maximum size of solderable product unit is 135×135×78mm, which can exchange heat of nine fluids at the same time.

The products of shell-and-tube heat exchangers include tubular, finned-tube, sleeve-type, coiled-tube, double-tube plate and inner-finned-tube, which can be designed and produced according to different needs of users. Among them, the multi-stream high-pressure coiled-tube heat exchanger (the maximum design pressure is more than 2Mpa, the maximum external dimension is φ 3× 22, and the tonnage is more than 9 tons) has been listed as a technical innovation project by the State Economic and Trade Commission. Our company is one of the backbone enterprises that design and manufacture centrifugal air compressors and oxygen compressors in China, with more than 3 years of design and manufacturing experience.

Over the years, we have cooperated with Xi 'an Jiaotong University, China Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Zhengzhou University of Technology and other scientific research institutes on several projects. * * * Together, we have developed design software for compressor aerodynamic and thermal calculation, bearing and rotor dynamic calculation, impeller strength calculation, etc., and used these software to take the lead in carrying out experimental research on three-dimensional impeller model level in China. In the early 198s, we developed the first H-type isothermal compressor with near-inlet guide vane adjustment in China. The vertical oil-free lubrication and piston-type oxygen and nitrogen compressor developed by our company has the characteristics of advanced pneumatic performance, compact structure, small floor space, stable operation and high reliability, and has a high market share. In 1995, the company imported a large-scale software package for designing and processing the three-dimensional impeller from NREC, including the performance prediction of centrifugal compressor, the three-dimensional fluent analysis and the three-dimensional impeller simulation of machining software, and purchased a five-axis linkage numerical control machining center specially used for processing the three-dimensional impeller from Boston Machine Tool Company, and successfully applied it to the design and processing of this kind of products in our company, which greatly improved the design and processing accuracy of the products and ensured the consistency between the design and the actual operation value.

At present, there are two types of centrifugal air compressors designed and manufactured by our company: single-shaft DA type and double-shaft H type, with dozens of specifications, the flow rate ranges from 8m/min to 2,3m/min, and the discharge pressure ranges from .6Mpa-2.Mpa;: Oil-free piston-type oxygen and nitrogen compressors are available in single row, double row, three rows and four rows. The displacement of a single compressor ranges from 3 m/h to 7,5 m/h, the exhaust pressure ranges from .2 MPa to 3. MPa, and the exhaust pressure of the booster can reach 6.4MPa. A brand-new compressor can also be designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of users. Turbo-expander is one of the main supporting units of air separation equipment. Our company has been engaged in the research, development, design and manufacture of turbo-expander since 196s. Up to now, more than a thousand units have been operated in steel, petrochemical and other industrial sectors, and some of them have been exported abroad with air separation equipment.

in the late 198s and early 199s, our company cooperated with Xi 'an Jiaotong University in the research and development of supercharged turboexpander, introduced the physical property database from abroad, and developed the design and calculation software for thermodynamic characteristics and power at both ends of supercharged turboexpander suitable for multi-component media. The company specially established the expander cold test bench, and obtained a lot of empirical data through experiments, which enriched the design and calculation software and greatly improved the design accuracy. In 1995, the company introduced the design and processing software package of turbine expansion machinery from NREC, and the five-axis CNC machining center specially used for three-dimensional impeller machining from Boston Machine Tool Company. These softwares can be used to predict and optimize the performance of expander and supercharger, analyze the three-dimensional flow field, and design and model the three-dimensional impeller. The combination of software and hardware can realize the automatic machining of three-dimensional impeller, which greatly improves the design accuracy, ensures the high consistency between the design performance and the actual operating parameters, and greatly improves the efficiency of the unit, approaching or reaching the advanced level in the world today.
