"The attending physician responsible for the implementation of medical aesthetics programs must have the following conditions at the same time.
(1) Qualified as a licensed physician and registered by the licensed physician registration authority.

(3) After medical cosmetology professional training or further training and qualified, or has been engaged in medical cosmetology clinical work for more than 1 year.
(D) Other conditions stipulated by the health administrative department of the provincial people's government."
Plastic surgeons are regular practicing doctors, mainly engaged in surgical trauma repair, breast augmentation, facial features and liposuction and weight loss and other surgical plastic surgery projects.
