3.? Customs clearance process:
-bill change: go to the freight forwarder or shipping company to sign the bill of lading (D/O), and determine the place of bill change according to the type of bill of lading in hand (H B/L is the freight forwarder's bill of lading, M B/L is the owner's bill of lading);
-Electronic declaration: pre-record, review and send documents by computer, and contact the customs for release;
-Application for inspection: after the electronic customs declaration is released, you should go to the Commodity Inspection Bureau to apply for inspection with one of the four copies of the customs declaration form, and get the customs clearance form or affix the seal of three inspections;
-On-site handover form (provided only when the products need to be inspected): submit the on-site handover form to the customs (please refer to the essence stickers of relevant chapters for the required documents);
-Inspection: The customs will conduct inspection according to the supervision conditions of the declared name of the goods and the inspection probability of the day, and will issue an inspection notice if inspection is required;
-Customs clearance: Generally, there are the following situations: one-time customs clearance; Issue an inspection notice or directly release it for the second time without inspection; Those that pass the inspection shall be sealed and released for transportation.
