Completion acceptance and filing of human defense project
1, seven working days before the completion and acceptance of the human defense project, the construction unit submits the "Notification of Completion and Acceptance of the Human Defense Project" (Form 21) to the quality supervision station, informing the quality supervision personnel to supervise and check the completion of the acceptance;
2, the completion of the acceptance should be in line with the "XXXX City Interim Measures for Supervision and Management of the Quality of People's Air Defense Projects" (for trial implementation) The conditions and in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Completion acceptance shall be organized by the construction unit, and in addition to the participation of all parties involved in the construction, the project shall inform the XXXX Municipal Office of People's Air Defense to participate.
3, project completion inspection and acceptance within 7 working days, the construction unit should be submitted to the quality supervision station of human defense project completion acceptance report (Form 22) and a full set of human defense project completion data files.
4, quality supervision station in the receipt of "completion and acceptance report" within five working days, to the competent department of human defense quality supervision report. Construction unit from the date of completion and acceptance of the project within 15 working days, to the competent department of human defense risk "acceptance certificate of completion of human defense works" or for the record.
5, general human defense works, the construction unit shall be filed with the administrative department in charge of construction. Construction unit in the record to the competent administrative department of construction, should be issued by the competent department of human defense "certificate of acceptance of the completion of the quality of human defense works". Command center and other secretive important human defense works, the construction unit shall be filed with the competent department of human defense.
