Chen Zhu revealed that the labor value of medical and health technology services in the price policy has not yet been reasonably reflected, certain difficult surgery and doctor's consultation fees should be adjusted appropriately, when and how to adjust the need for specific research.

He said, through the establishment of the basic drug system, to realize the zero-differential rate sales of all medicines, to bring greater benefits to the public. For the public concern of children's leukemia, will consider the inclusion of major disease coordination, the establishment of compensation and protection system, through rational diagnosis and treatment, control a cost, the application of essential drugs and appropriate technology, in the framework of the basic health insurance system, can realize the basic medical services.

In terms of public **** health, the goal of the reform is to gradually achieve equalization of services, including the establishment of personal health records, vaccination, chronic disease management, health education, health promotion and so on.

According to Chen Zhu, the current total national health expenditure is more than 11,000 billion yuan per year, the public **** financial investment increased, so that the proportion of personal expenditure has been reduced from the highest 60 percent to the current 40 percent or so.
