1. Discharge standard of sewage from dental clinic:
According to the "Hospital Sewage Discharge Standard" approved by China Economic Commission and the Ministry of Health in June 1983, the clinic sewage should meet the following standards after treatment and disinfection.
1. Take 500ml samples for inspection three times in a row, and no intestinal pathogenic bacteria and mycobacterium tuberculosis can be detected.
2. The total number of coliforms per liter shall not be greater than 500.
3. The total residual chlorine is 4 ~ 5mg/L.
4. The contact time between sewage and chlorine is not less than 1 hour.
2. Design requirements for sewage treatment and disinfection:
The scale of dental clinics is often not very large, and the amount of sewage is limited, so in the design of sewage treatment, it is generally only necessary to make a sewage treatment pool. All medical sewage in the clinic must be pumped to the treatment tank for disinfection through special pipes before it can be discharged. The design of sewage treatment tank must meet the following requirements:
1. should be far away from the treatment area and reception area, and designed in a relatively hidden place.
2. There are anti-corrosion and anti-leakage facilities. Generally, it is made of 1 cm thick high-strength melamine board.
3. Ensure the therapeutic effect, which is safe and durable.
4. Convenient operation, convenient disinfection and cleaning, which is beneficial to the labor protection of operators.
3. Disinfection treatment method of clinic sewage:
Small sewage treatment tanks in dental clinics generally adopt the method of adding bleaching powder at constant volume and quantity. At present, the most commonly used method is to add bleaching powder twice a day, and according to the capacity of the treatment tank, each time 10~20 tablets.
4. Style design of sewage treatment tank:
Precautions:
1. There must be a stainless steel filter on the first baffle near the water inlet to prevent impurities from entering the solenoid valve and affecting the use of the valve.
2. The timed solenoid valve automatically opens every hour for drainage to ensure that the sewage can have enough contact time with chlorine gas.
3. In order to prevent sewage from overflowing the sewage treatment tank due to the sudden increase of water flow, an overflow port can be made at the top of the tank.
4. The batching pool must be cleared of sediment regularly.
This is the design requirement of sewage treatment tank before. At present, this treatment method has been eliminated.
At present, the sewage treatment system is widely used, convenient and fast, and can meet the hygiene standards.
