Sludge-water mixing
Traditional septic tanks have been used for more than a hundred years, and the technical route is the model of sewage and sludge contact, and the digestive degradation of deposited sludge produces methane gas, carbon dioxide, Hydrogen sulfide and other digestive gas, digestive gas uplift effect on the sludge to produce perturbation, digestive gas on the sludge perturbation effect can make the sludge and biological flora mix more fully, to help digestion and degradation.
But the sludge at the bottom rises with the digestive gas, and after the bubbles escape, the sludge settles down again, and this rising and settling sludge pollutes the sewage again.
In the septic tank sewage and sludge contact mixing technology mode, affecting the septic tank sedimentation and effluent water quality, need to extend the sewage residence time to improve the sedimentation effect and effluent water quality, sewage residence time is generally 12-24 hours.
Three-phase separation
Three-phase separation septic tank technology is based on the traditional septic tank, retaining the advantages of mixing mud and water in the septic tank, and adding the technology of three-phase separation of "sewage, sludge, digestive gas", three-phase separation devices are set up at the outlet end of the septic tank to separate the sludge, digestive gas and sewage treatment process. A three-phase separation device is installed at the outlet end of the septic tank to separate the sludge and digestive gas at the outlet end from the sewage treatment process and avoid the interference of the air flotation phenomenon on the sewage treatment. The sedimentation tank at the effluent end refers to the technical standard of stratospheric sedimentation tank, and the sewage settling time is within 2 hours.
Technical comparison
The volume of septic tank consists of sewage volume and sludge volume, the sewage retention time in three-phase separation septic tank is 4-6 hours, compared with the sewage retention time of mud-water mixing septic tank is 12-24 hours, by shortening the sewage retention time and saving the effective volume, the effective volume saved can store more sludge.
