5) The flue gas from the waste heat hot water heat exchanger enters the semi-dry rapid cooling tower. By spraying water cooling to control the temperature in 1s quickly reduced to about 200 ℃, thus effectively inhibiting the regeneration of dioxin.

6), then the flue gas enters the dry acid removal and dioxin absorption device to further purify the exhaust gas. 7), the exhaust gas into the air box type bag filter to remove the flue gas retained in the fine dust. When the inlet temperature of the bag filter is not within the limit, the bag bypass solenoid valve opens and the flue gas enters the chimney by bypass to ensure that no fatal damage is formed to the bag when the flue temperature is abnormal.

8), from the bag filter out of the flue gas into the spray scrubber tower and wet packing scrubber tower device.
