(b) the applicant enterprise "drug business license" copy;
(c) Proof of the right to use the premises where the vending machine is to be set up;
(d) Quality management documents of the vending machine as well as the catalog of facilities and equipment;
(e) Copies of ID cards, academic certificates and certificates of titles of the management personnel of the vending machine;
(f) Catalog of the drug varieties to be operated.
The approval authority is the local Food and Drug Administration. Administrative licensing methods to confirm the vending machine business project of the "Drug Business License". The vending machine should be up to standard, first of all, the place should be clean and tidy, to avoid sun exposure and rain, and secondly, the drugs inside the vending cabinet for external and internal use should be placed separately and the humidity inside the vending machine should be maintained between 35% and 75%.
The medicines sold should comply with the sales standards. Vending machines can only sell Class B non-prescription drugs and some Class II medical devices and other products. Vending machines are not allowed to sell prescription medicines, Class A non-prescription drugs, medicines with special storage requirements, and medicines with special or specialized management requirements (e.g., containing special medicines compound preparations).
Obeying the rules: If you start operating a vending machine, be sure to comply with the laws and regulations related to the supervision and management of drugs and medical devices, once the violation is investigated and dealt with, then the regulatory authorities will be punished according to law.

Article VI The establishment of the company, shall apply to the company registration authority for the establishment of the registration according to law. Where the conditions for establishment prescribed in this Law are met, the company registration authority shall register the company as a limited liability company or a joint-stock company, respectively; where the conditions for establishment prescribed in this Law are not met, the company shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint-stock company.
Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be submitted for approval, the approval procedures shall be completed in accordance with the law before the registration of the company.
The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.

Article 51 Engaged in pharmaceutical wholesale activities shall be approved by the drug supervision and management department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government of the place where it is located, to obtain a drug license. Engaged in drug retail activities, shall be approved by the local people's government at or above the county level, drug supervision and management department, to obtain a drug license. Without a drug license, shall not operate drugs.
The drug license shall indicate the validity period and scope of business, the expiration of the re-examination of the license.
Drug supervision and management departments to implement the drug license, in addition to the conditions set out in Article 52 of this Law, should also follow the principle of facilitating the public purchase of drugs.
Article 52 The following conditions shall be met in order to engage in pharmaceutical business activities:
(1) a pharmacist or other pharmacy technicians qualified in accordance with the law;
(2) a place of business, equipment, warehousing facilities and sanitary environment appropriate to the operation of the drugs;
(3) a quality management organization or personnel appropriate to the operation of drugs;
(3) a quality control organization or a quality management organization or personnel appropriate to the operation of the drugs;
Article 54 of this Law, in addition to the conditions set forth in Article 52 of this Law. Personnel;
(d) there are rules and regulations to ensure the quality of medicines, and in line with the State Council Drug Administration in accordance with the requirements of this Law formulated by the drug quality management standards.
