Project overview: This project is invested and constructed by Anhui Meizhi Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is located in Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with railway lines to the east and railway lines to the south. 2. Brief description of environmental impact
The wastewater pollution sources of this project include process wastewater generated from the cleaning and phosphating, assembly process cleaning, phosphating, electrophoresis and other sections of the organic processing process, and workshop cleaning wastewater and domestic sewage; exhaust gas pollution sources include smoke and dust emitted by the welding section, non-methane total hydrocarbons emitted by the electrophoresis drying section, SO2 and NO2 emitted by the aluminum melting furnace, SO2 and NO2 emitted by the gas boiler, and a small amount of oil smoke produced by the staff canteen; noise pollution sources It is mainly the noise generated by various power equipment and machine tools in the workshop; the solid waste mainly includes general industrial solid waste such as waste scraps, waste packaging, heat treatment waste residue, waste cutting fluid, phosphating waste residue, waste chemical packaging, and residual waste. Hazardous waste such as sludge, as well as domestic waste in the factory area.
3. Pollution prevention measures and environmental impact
(1) Wastewater
After the completion of the project, the wastewater will be treated by the factory sewage treatment station, and the total outlet pollutants will After the concentration reaches the third-level comprehensive sewage discharge standard (the concentration of the first-class pollutant reaches the standard in Table 1 of GB8978-1996 at the outlet of the workshop treatment facility), it is discharged into the municipal pipe network, and is discharged into the Yangtze River after being treated by Tianmenshan Sewage Treatment Plant to meet the standard. . Although the wastewater from this project increases the pollution load of the surface water of the Yangtze River, it will not reduce the existing surface water environmental quality functional level.
(2) Waste gas
The non-methane total hydrocarbons produced by electrophoresis drying are collected centrally in the drying room and then purified by a natural gas direct combustion device. The treatment efficiency can reach more than 98% , the exhaust gas is discharged from a 15-meter-high exhaust pipe at high altitude; the welding section will produce a small amount of welding smoke. The project unit plans to install a gas collecting hood above the welding station to collect the exhaust gas, and discharge it centrally through the top of the workshop. The emission source of welding smoke is strong. Very small; the emission concentration and emission rate of dust, non-methane total hydrocarbons, and welding smoke are lower than the secondary standard requirements of GB16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants". The exhaust gas from the gas boiler is discharged at high altitude through a 15-meter-high exhaust pipe. Natural gas is a clean energy source. The concentration of SO2 and NO2 produced by combustion is small, and the concentrations produced reach the standard limit of Class II Zone II period of GB13271-2001 "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard".
