Transportation of hazardous wastes, shippers, carriers should implement national and provincial regulations on the management of dangerous goods and chemical hazardous materials transportation. Transportation should be prevented during the leakage, dispersal, breakage measures.
It is prohibited to carry hazardous wastes and passengers on the same means of transportation.
The carrier must be in accordance with the requirements of the hazardous waste transfer joint bill, the hazardous waste will be transported to the designated location. Article 15 The unit that generates, collects, stores, transports, utilizes and disposes of hazardous waste shall establish a system of responsibility for the management of prevention and control of environmental pollution by hazardous waste, formulate precautionary measures against accidents and contingency plans, and file them with the competent administrative department of environmental protection of the people's government at or above the county level of the place where they are located.
Medical and health institutions and medical waste disposal units, shall establish and improve the medical waste management responsibility system to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and environmental pollution caused by medical waste. Article XVI of hazardous waste pollution accidents or other sudden pollution incidents, causing pollution of the relevant units and individuals must immediately take measures to prevent or mitigate pollution hazards, timely notification of units and residents may be contaminated, and to the local people's government at or above the county level of the administrative department of environmental protection and public security and other departments to report to accept the investigation and treatment.
The administrative department of environmental protection of the people's government at or above the county level or other relevant departments must immediately take measures to prevent or mitigate the hazards and report to the people's government at its own level and to the relevant administrative department of the people's government at the next higher level. The people's government concerned shall order the cessation of operations that cause or may cause environmental pollution accidents.
