Functional structure

Ultrasonic transducer comprising a housing (1), a matching layer, i.e., an acoustic window (2), a piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer (3), a backing (4), and a lead-in cable (5), and characterized in that it also comprises a Cymbal array receiver, which consists of a lead-in cable (6), 8 to 16 Cymbal transducers (7), a metal ring (8), (9) and a rubber washers (10); the Cymbal array receiver is disposed on top of the disk-type piezoelectric transducer 3; the piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is used as a basic ultrasonic transducer from which ultrasonic signals are emitted and received; and the Cymbal array receiver is disposed on top of the disk-type piezoelectric transducer as an ultrasonic receiver for receiving Doppler echo signals outside of the frequency band of the disk transducer.

Mainly applicable to ultrasonic plastic welding machine, ultrasonic metal welding machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, gas camera, trichlorette machine, etc.
