Application for registration of a medical institution shall have the following conditions:
1, there is an approval letter for the establishment of a medical institution;
2, in line with the basic standards of the medical institution;
3, there is a suitable name, organization and premises;
4, there is its business to carry out the business of the appropriate funding, facilities, equipment and professional health professionals and technicians
5, have the appropriate rules and regulations;
6, can independently assume civil liability.
The registration of the practice of medical institutions shall be handled by the administrative department of health of the people's government which approves its establishment. In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of these Regulations set up medical institutions practice registration, by the people's government of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government health administrative department.

Units or individuals to set up a medical institution shall apply for setup in accordance with the following provisions:
1, not to set up Beds or beds less than 100 medical institutions, to the local county-level people's government health administrative department to apply.
2, beds in more than 100 medical institutions and specialized hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the provincial people's government health administrative department to apply.
The health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall, within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application for setting up, make a written reply of approval or disapproval; approval of the setting up, issued by setting up a medical institution approval.
