(1) Those who register to participate in the national master's degree admissions examination must meet the following conditions:
1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China.
2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, have good moral character, and abide by the law.
3. The age is generally no more than 40 years old (those born after August 31, 1972). There is no age limit for candidates who apply for entrusted training and self-financing.
4. The physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the enrollment unit.
5. Those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctoral degree can only apply for entrusted training or self-financed master's degree programs.
6. Candidates’ academic qualifications must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Fresh undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;
(2) Nationally recognized academic qualifications Persons with a recognized undergraduate degree (self-taught undergraduates and online education undergraduates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before the registration deadline (November 14, 2012));
(3) It has been 2 years (from graduation to September 1, 2013, the same below) or more than 2 years since graduation from a nationally recognized higher vocational college, and has reached the same academic level as a university graduate, and Those who meet the specific business requirements set by the admissions unit for candidates based on the unit’s training objectives;
(4) Undergraduate graduates and adult colleges and universities with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including adult higher education held by ordinary colleges and universities) Fresh undergraduate graduates shall apply with the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates;
(5) Those who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree;
Current graduate students must obtain approval before registration The training institution agrees.
(2) Those who register to participate in the National Professional Degree Master’s Admissions Examination shall comply with the following regulations.
1. Those who register to take the admission examination for Master of Laws (non-law) professional degree must meet the following conditions:
(1) Meet the requirements in (1) .
(2) The major studied in colleges and universities is not a law major (graduates of law majors [code 0301] in the law category of the undergraduate major catalog of ordinary colleges and universities are not allowed to apply).
2. Those who register to take the admission examination for the Master of Laws (Law) professional degree must meet the following conditions:
(1) Meet the requirements in (1).
(2) The major studied in colleges and universities is law (only graduates of law majors [code 0301] in the law category of the undergraduate major catalog of ordinary colleges and universities can apply).
3. Sign up for competition organizations in the Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Tourism Management, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Engineering in Project Management, Master of Education in Educational Management, and Master of Sports Personnel taking the professional degree master's degree admission examination must meet the following conditions:
(1) Meet the requirements of items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in (1).
(2) Persons with 3 or more years of work experience after graduating from a university; or 5 or more years of work experience after graduating from a nationally recognized higher vocational college, reaching Personnel with equivalent academic qualifications as university graduates; or persons who have obtained a master's degree or a doctoral degree and have 2 or more years of work experience.
4. Sign up for project management in programs other than Master of Laws (Non-Law), Master of Laws (Law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Tourism Management, Master of Engineering Management, and Master of Engineering , Educational Management in the Master of Education, and Competition Organization in the Master of Physical Education. Personnel taking admission examinations for master's degree students in other professional degrees must meet the requirements in (1).
(3) Those who sign up to take independent examinations organized by the admissions unit approved by the Ministry of Education must meet the following conditions:
1. Meet items 1 and 2 in (1) , 3, 4, and 5 requirements.
2. After obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree, the candidate has worked continuously for 4 or more years, has excellent business performance, has published research papers (technical reports) or has become the backbone of the business, with the consent of the candidate's unit and Recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles, who are on-the-job personnel trained or commissioned by the unit; or who have worked for 2 or more years after obtaining a master's degree or doctorate, and are excellent in business, with the consent of the candidate's unit and two Recommended by experts with senior professional and technical titles, they are on-the-job personnel entrusted and trained by the unit.
Academic majors and professional degrees include Master of Architecture, Master of Engineering, Master of Urban Planning, Master of Agricultural Extension, Master of Veterinary Medicine, Master of Landscape Architecture, Master of Forestry, Master of Clinical Medicine, Master of Stomatology, Public Health* **Separate examinations can be set for 13 professional degree categories such as Master of Health, Master of Nursing, Master of Pharmacy, and Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
(4) Colleges and universities that have been approved to carry out the work of recommending and expelling students can recommend outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates of the school according to the prescribed number and method to be exempted from the preliminary examination and directly participate in the re-examination of the relevant admissions units. The recommendation and acceptance methods are formulated by the recommending schools and accepting units in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. Accepted recommended students (including recommended students from the Graduate Teaching Group and Rural Education Master's Program) must register online within the registration time specified by the state and go to the registration center for on-site confirmation procedures, and are not allowed to take the unified examination again. By October 25, 2012, the recommended students who have not accepted the admission units will no longer retain the status of recommended students. The units accepting recommended students should go through the relevant acceptance procedures for the recommended students in a timely manner.
Any discipline (category) or major (field) that accepts applications from fresh undergraduate graduates according to regulations can accept recommended students.
