After the independent filing, in the medical institutions in cities outside the province that have opened the direct outpatient settlement for cross-provincial outpatient medical treatment, the general outpatient and inpatient can be directly swiped, and in the cities that have not opened the direct settlement for outpatient treatment, only the inpatient can be directly swiped at the present time.

Enter the Zheli Office APP, the home page scroll down to locate the "personal theme area" section, click on "more" to enter the "medical insurance zone
"Medical insurance area"→click "more"→filing service→choose "foreign referrals for the record".
Read the "Notice to Users", read the "Self-help Opening Service Notice" and check the box→click on "Entering the Office"→choose the mode of processing "in person"→click on "OK". Click "OK".
Enter the page of "Situation Selection", "Whether to handle in person" by system default → Select the type of operation "filing" → Select "whether there is a referral certificate". "Whether there is a referral certificate" → select "medical treatment", → click "OK".
Fill in the relevant information, confirm that there is no error and click "Submit".
