Medical institutions should implement the system of pre-inspection and triage of infectious diseases.

According to the provisions of Article 52 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, medical institutions should provide medical aid, on-site rescue and treatment to patients with infectious diseases or suspected infectious diseases, write medical records and other relevant materials, and keep them properly.

Medical institutions should implement the system of pre-inspection and triage of infectious diseases; Patients with infectious diseases and suspected infectious diseases should be guided to relatively isolated triage points for initial diagnosis. If a medical institution does not have the corresponding treatment ability, it shall transfer the patient and a copy of his medical record to a medical institution with the corresponding treatment ability. The specific measures shall be formulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council.

According to Article 47 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), medical and health institutions or health and epidemic prevention institutions shall make a definite diagnosis within 2 days if they find suspected patients of Class A infectious diseases during the diagnosis and treatment.

According to Article 48 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), patients and pathogen carriers of Class A infectious diseases and close contacts of AIDS, gonorrhea and syphilis patients in Class B infectious diseases must undergo quarantine, medical examination and take preventive measures in accordance with relevant regulations. Close contacts of patients with Class B infectious diseases and pathogen carriers other than those specified in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to medical examination and preventive measures.

According to the provisions of Article 49 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), close contacts of suspected patients or pathogen carriers of Class A infectious diseases are excluded as patients or pathogen carriers after admission, and wages and benefits during admission are paid by subordinate units according to attendance.

According to Article 50 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), health and epidemic prevention institutions shall immediately carry out strict sanitary treatment after receiving the epidemic report.

According to Article 51 of the Implementation Measures of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), when the health administrative departments of local governments at all levels find infectious diseases that have never happened before or have been declared eliminated by the state, they should take immediate measures and report to the local government.

With reference to Article 52 of the Implementation Measures of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), in areas where infectious diseases are erupting and prevalent, the local government shall organize health, medicine, public security, industry and commerce, transportation, water conservancy, urban construction, agriculture, commerce, civil affairs, posts and telecommunications, radio and television and other departments to take the following preventive and control measures according to the needs of epidemic control of infectious diseases:

(1) Rescuing and isolating patients;

(two) to strengthen the management of feces, remove garbage and dirt;

(three) to strengthen the management of tap water and other drinking water, and protect the drinking water source;

(four) the elimination of vector insects, snails, rodents and other infected animals;

(five) to strengthen the health management of activities that are easy to spread infectious diseases;

(six) to carry out the propaganda of disease prevention knowledge;

(seven) organize quarantine, preventive medication, emergency vaccination, etc. For patients with infectious diseases, pathogen carriers and people who are in close contact with infected animals;

(eight) the supply of drugs, biological products, disinfection drugs, equipment, etc. Necessary for the prevention and control of epidemic situation;

(nine) to ensure the supply of daily necessities for residents.
